How do I return?

• Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
• You will get a confirmation email with the return guidelines once the return request is approved

What can I return?

You can return any items within 30 days of receipt. Goods can be returned outside this period if they are faulty, so long as the care instructions on the packaging and product labels have been complied with.
