Why your personal information is safe with us
Is your website secure?
Yes. Our payment pages and other pages where we ask you to provide personal information are secure. If a page is secure, all communications between your computer and the website are strongly encrypted so that anyone who is able to intercept those communications is unable to read them. We do not store your payment information, such as your card details or your PayPal password. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure of information that we do store (such as your order information and, if you have set up an account with us, your account information), we have put in place appropriate security measures to safeguard and secure that information.
How do you process payments?
We use WorldPay to process our card payments and PayPal for PayPal payments. For card payments, you will enter your card details on our secure checkout page and the transaction will be processed directly by WorldPay. For PayPal payments, you will be redirected to the secure PayPal payment page.
How do I know that a page is secure?
You can tell that a web page is secure if at least one of the following is true:
- the page address begins with "https", and/or
- a padlock is shown in the address bar of your browser, and/or
- the page address in the address bar of your browser is shown in green.
Will you store my payment details?
No. Your card details are processed directly by WorldPay and we do not store those payment details. PayPal transactions are processed directly on PayPal's systems and we do not receive your PayPal password.
Can I pay by phone?
Yes. We can take card payments by telephone. If you wish to pay by PayPal we can send a payment request to your e-mail address. Please call us with your order on 0345 548 9198 (or +44 345 548 9198 from outside the UK).
