Where we deliver

We deliver to:

  • the UK,
  • all other European Union countries (apart from Croatia and some remote locations or territories outside the EU VAT area),
  • the Channel Islands,
  • the Isle of Man, and
  • most static BFPO addresses (we may be able to deliver to certain other BFPO addresses - see below).

We take payments in sterling (GBP) only. We can only deliver to physical addresses - we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses (except for BFPO addresses).

Delivery times

Quoted delivery times are for orders received before 5.30pm on a working day.

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you during the checkout process (see below for our typical delivery times). While we will make every effort to meet our quoted delivery times, they are not guaranteed. If we fail to meet our express delivery times then you are entitled to a refund of the difference between the delivery price you paid and the standard delivery charge applicable to your order if the delay is our fault or the fault of our delivery company. 

If for any reason we do not dispatch your goods within 10 working days of your order then, unless you otherwise request, we will cancel your order and promptly reimburse all money you have paid.

We may dispatch an order in more than one package which may be delivered at different times.

Delivery to the UK, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man

Delivery cost

  • Standard delivery:

Orders up to £19.99: £2.75

Orders of £20 or more: free

  • Express delivery (not available to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and certain other locations):

Orders up to £19.99: £4.95

Orders of £20 or more: £3.95

Express delivery is not available to some destinations, and in those circumstances you will not be offered an express delivery option at Checkout.

Delivery times

  • Standard delivery: up to 7 days (where your order includes sale items, this may be up to 10 days)
  • Express delivery: 2 working days

Maximum delivery value

The maximum value of goods which can be ordered through our website is £750 (including VAT). If you wish to order a larger amount, please contact us.

Information for Channel Islands customers

Orders delivered to the Channel Islands are not subject to VAT, which will be deducted from your order cost during the Checkout process. Please ensure that you choose "Channel Islands", not UK, as your delivery country and enter a valid Channel Islands postcode to ensure that VAT is deducted. The delivery prices and order totals quoted above are the VAT-inclusive prices.

Delivery to European Union countries (other than the UK)

Delivery cost and VAT

  • Orders delivered to countries in the EU are subject to UK VAT (which is included in our prices). Delivery cost depends upon the delivery country and the weight of your order, and will be calculated as part of the checkout process. We deliver to all EU countries except Croatia.

Delivery times

  • Typical delivery time varies from 4-12 days from the date of your order, depending on your location.

Maximum delivery value

Except by prior arrangement, the maximum order value we will deliver to EU countries outside the UK is £250 (including VAT).

Delivery to BFPO addresses

We deliver to most static BFPO addresses, and may be able to deliver to certain other BFPO addresses. Please see our BFPO page here for a complete list of the BFPO addresses where we deliver and other important information about BFPO delivery.

Maximum delivery value

Except by prior arrangement, the maximum order value we will deliver to BFPO addresses is £250 (including VAT).

Can you deliver to addresses other than the registered credit card address?

Yes. You can select a different delivery address during the Checkout process. We do not deliver to PO box addresses.

Once you have placed your order with us it is not possible to change the delivery address.

Tracking your order

If tracking information is available, we or the delivery company will e-mail you when the goods are dispatched with a tracking number and details of how to track your order. We use a variety of methods and carriers to deliver our products, and tracking information may not be available for your order.
